Upgrade ownCloud from 1.4.1 to 1.5.0 on UCS 4.4.6-errata767.
Actual behaviour
When selected Updater from ownCloud there’s error:
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to localhost port 80: Connection refused
Server configuration
Operating system:
Windows server 2016
UCS Hyper-V image with ownCloud
The server is currently available inside my closed network is without a domain, cause it’s going to be only for users on my network. No need to be accessible from outside this network or through a domain.
I followed a tutorial for upgrading the owncloud using this commands in Putty via SSH.
root@cloud:~# univention-app shell owncloud
root@f3c4ea079afb: /var/www/owncloud # su www-data
www-data@f3c4ea079afb: /var/www/owncloud # ./occ upgrade
ownCloud is already latest version
The ownCloud version is 10.4.1 on the updater said there’s update to 1.5.0.
Im very new to ownCloud.
The help i am looking for is how to resolve that first error that pop up when using Updater inside ownCloud.
OR using putty SSH or the terminal on the ownCloud to manually update the ownCloud.
The manuals I followed on the official documentation on ownCloud doesn’t helped me at all.
According to versions on ownCloud the latest is 10.5, I have 10.4.1
I ran the commands in putty to upgrade the ownCloud.
as admin:
univention-app upgrade owncloud
Update successful!
Some ownCloud Market Apps may have been deactivated during the update.
Please reactivate them in the ownCloud webinterface.
A backup was created to make sure you don’t lose any data. You can always
restore it if you should experience issues. The path to the backup is
/var/lib/univention-appcenter/backups/
ownCloud Univention app software releases are independent of normal ownCloud software releases.
As far as I know a newer version is just not available yet. @voroyam might know more about this.
