Change ip server on the client Windows

Hello.

I am trying to change the IP address of my account. I found a post related (Change the IP address of my account) but it does not work because I can not find the configuration file on %AppData%\Local\ownCloud\owncloud.cfg
Version of the client: 2.5.4

Edit: add AppData location article

Windows applications often store their data and settings in an AppData folder, and each Windows user account has its own. It’s a hidden folder, so you’ll only see it if you show hidden files in the file manager.
