can You please help us with our problem with ownCloud?

We cannot connect to our ownCloud since Wednesday, 16. 05. 2018.
(our OC: https://***.***.***.***/pkg/ownCloud). It looks like server is off.

Are there any solutions to this problem?

Just follow the template if you create a new thread within this category. Beside that for cases like that most of the time it already helps to check the status of the webserver or maybe the webserver logs.
