Couldn’t move (foldername)

We using owncloud, created new user. This user is fully authorized. But this get error when moving file.
Error is this .Couldn’t move. This very critical for us.

Version : 10.1.0.4
Debian Os

Check in the data/owncloud.log see if the file/folder is locked.followed this page to fix it.

i still think that it could make sense to provide the info asked in the issue template as suggested in your other created Couldn't move error, version 10.1.0.4 topic.

e.g. the log files mentioned there could provide valuable information about your problem.

I checked owncloud.log, locked settings is correct bur not solve.
