I have installed the ESXi OMV of Owncloud and its up and running.
What I would like to do is upload to the server (Locally on lan) all of the files I want to be availble, there is is a few TB of it. The most logical way to my mind would be to create a samba share on the owncloud server which I could upload the files to.
I suppose I could install the client and upload it that way, but over lan it just makes sense to me to do it over standard protocols.
I think I created a samba share in owncloud that being said I dont think samba is running. Am I barking up the wrong tree regards Samba, should I just use the plugin?
