Enable html5 videoplayer

Hi,
I can,t enable html5 videoplayer. In log i see

Error core Could not read app info file for app “files_videoviewerplus”
Error PHP simplexml_load_file(/var/www/html/owncloud/apps/html5_videoplayer/appinfo/info.xml): failed to open stream: Permission denied at /var/www/html/owncloud/lib/private/App/InfoParser.php#41

What i do wrong?

i think the message should be clear:

You have some permission issues and ownCloud can’t read the mentioned apps/html5_videoplayer/appinfo/info.xml file
