Export User / Groups / Files from 8.0 to 10.1

We have 2 owncloud-Server running.

One is a very old one based on Qnap (vers. 8.1) and the other is new (vers. 10).

Now we want to move all users, groups and files to the new 10.x Owncloud server. Is there any tool for this or maybe a tutorial …

Or do I have to move all manually ?

For the newest version of 10.x we have started a way: https://github.com/owncloud/data_exporter
But likely you can’t make that upgrade on your QNAP. So if you find a way to upgrade, you could then export and import your users into the new server.
