Failed to load panel - Files_Primary_S3

After upgrading from 10.8 to 10.10 OC, I get an error in the log file:

Failed to load panel: OCA\Files_Primary_S3\Panels\Admin with error: Could not resolve OCA\Files_Primary_S3\Panels\Admin! Class OCA\Files_Primary_S3\Panels\Admin does not exist"}

Any thoughts on enabling S3?
