Force upload of movies and videos

Steps to reproduce
1. shoot some picture on the phone
2. shoot some videos on the phone
3. download the oC Android client

Expected behaviour
The client doesn't upload old pictures and videos present on the phone.

Actual behaviour
It should be some way to trigger the upload of the photos and videos already present on the phone before installation of the client.

Mobile client configuration
Client OS: Android
Client version: 2.0.1

Server configuration
Operating system: ubuntu 14.04
Web server: apache
Database: mysql
PHP version:
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): ownCloud 9.0.4 (stable)
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: updated from version 8
ownCloud log (data/owncloud.log): N/A

In general not for reporting bugs or feature requests as those are hard to tracked in a forum.

This could change in the future as it seems more developers are getting active here. Until that its recommended to report obvious bugs or lacking features directly to github.
