Getting no email notifications

Hello, I'm using OwnCloud 9.1.1 on a Ubuntu 16.04 Desktop.

My OwnCloud works good, but it does not send me any email notifications when someone edits, uploads or deletes files.

I did the settings at "Personal > Activity" and also chose "Send Emails: Hourly", and I configured the Email-Server at "Admin" correctly (I guess, cuz I can send me a test email).
The cron job also works (I guess), as it says: "Last cron job execution: Just now."

okay, ignore this issue.
"Hourly" means every hour, not 1 hour after i launched the option.
And supposedly it skipped the first full hour.
