I know the post is way too old. Want to make sure nobody makes this failure. 80 until 8080 is really not a good advice. Please do not do this. You just want to enter start=80 end=80 internal and external. So you just open a single port to the Internet and not a whole range.

Hi Sinan! To access your ownCloud from outside, you’ll need to forward port 443 (for HTTPS) on your router to the internal IP address of your PC running ownCloud. This will allow secure access. If you’re not using HTTPS, you could forward port 80 (for HTTP), but HTTPS is recommended for security. After setting up port forwarding, use your public IP address or a dynamic DNS service to access your cloud from outside. Hope this helps!"
