How to create a new group in contact 1.5.1 (OC 9.1.6)

Hi,
how to create - as like in contact App 0.5.0.0; oC 8.2 - in contacts 1.5.1. I've no found any now solution on internet search.

Could anybody help me - thanks - an best regards

Just add a new group to any of your contacts and then it will pop up on the left menu,
