I was wondering if there was a way to ignore cert issues in the desktop client?
I seem to recall there being a way to ignore cert issues in the past.
I am trying to upgrade/ fix the cert issues of course but haven’t been able to yet. I can also connect from other computers.
The message I get from OwnCloud is thus: “SSL Handshake Failed”
What exact client version? Where do you see this error message?
Not sure if “SSL Handshake Failed” means issue with self-signed cert, or if it’s another issue?
Did you test with https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ ?
Version 2.6.3 (build 2668) on Ubuntu 20.04, and I am well aware that there are problems with this cert; expired and self signed
