Hello, i Have owncloud 9.X and want to add a legal disclaimer to the bottom of my page
underneath the footer. I just want to know in which file I need to insert my require_once “lega_disclaimer.php”
I did not change any theme.
You will have to create a new theme.

There you will have to edit the defaults.php and insert your disclaimer in the footer
