iPad photo sync

Hello,

I've installed Owncloud 9 on my local Ubuntu 14.04 server, running alongside my web server (i.e not standalone) and it works fine.

My idea is to use it to sync with the photos on my iPad (iOS 9.3.4). I have around 500 photos/videos on the iPad.

As I understand it (I may be wrong!), the first stage is to upload my photos onto the server. I purchased to iOS app to do this.

The problem I have is twofold ...

1. I can't find any way to upload multiple files using the iOS app. Obviously uploading 500 photos is a tall order - so I was going to do it in batches - however I can only work out how to do it one at a time. I assume I'm missing a trick here?

2. When using the web interface, I am able to select multiple files to upload, except it insists on naming the file "image.jpg" and not preserving the original date-time as the app does. Again I assume I'm missing a trick here?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Issue: Upload limited to 20 photos?

it is possible to "share" 20 photos at max from your photos app.
