Is it possible to run multiple instances of owncloud on my pc

I would like to use owncloud for multiple collaborative software projects. For instance.
Project 1 on linux server 1. I would like to install owncloud on my pc, person 2 pc and linux server so that we can both access all the dev files on the server.
Project 2, different server, different person sharing dev files.
Do I need or can I have 2 installs of owncloud on my pc so that I can access both projects but other people on the project can only see their 1 project files ?
