Is it possible tp check if a user has downloaded a file?

Hi all,
I'm new to OwnCloud and I'd like to know if this feature is available in this product.
If I create a folder on the Server and I put some files in this folder giving the web access to some users, is it possible to know if a user has downloaded the file or not?

Not at this time. A read is logged with the admin/audit tool (Enterprise) in the marketplace, but that does not help you to distinct a desktop sync from a download. In any case only the initialization can be recorded, not the finishing of a download.

Thank you hodyroff, we are using Owncloud only on the web, I'll see if it is possible to make a customization.
