I just installed a new copy of OwnCloud and was told by the system that their would be a license sent to my email. However after checking for a long time… 2-3 hours and yes I did check the spam folder too, I have not gotten this. Is there a way to have one generated for me via the server or via Owncloud.org?
Did you install the appliance?
If yes - please go to the IP address and enter your email address there.

Thank you, that worked.
Same issue but “request[ing] the email again” still did not work. No email has been received with the license file.
Please report this with full issue description and steps to reproduce to the univention help forum since it’s their mechanism.
