Link to older versions not working "Older ownCloud versions"

Hi

Trying to update one of my owncloud servers today but the download site does not seems to work. Want to download 9.1.8 with this link

https://download.owncloud.org/download/repositories/9.1/owncloud/

I got the link from the official " Older ownCloud versions" page at https://owncloud.org/download/older-versions/

Seems like the only version that is possible to download is 10.2

Anyone other that experiencing the same problem?

Is there a mirror to that site somewere?

Is there some known maintenance or similar?
