Linux command lines to display OwnCloud configuration?

Apologies for this post, but I have not gotten a handle on this forum use yet to search well. I'm not a programmer, strict total amateur - trying to learn about using servers, site back end, cPanel use, I don't know Apache, SQL, or PHP.

Question: If I set the settings during installation of OwnCloud via a command line, shouldn't I be able to retrieve a read out of settings or configuration?

Do you mean something like occ config:list as described in the occ documentation?
