Local sync fail - web OK

Expected behaviour

One of my colleagues has shared a folder with many subfolders containing images, total folder size 16.3 GB. The folder shows when i log in in my internet browser, but does not sync local to my PC (Windows 10).

Actual behaviour

The folder should sync and appear local on my PC. I have unchecked the box for confirmation when folder exceeds a certain file size, so this should not be a problem.

My other colleagues experience the same problem.

Does anyone have a solution?

No changes unfortunately.

@mortenh What’s the storage of this big folder? Is it a mounted network drive on the ownCloud server? Does the client starts syncing the folder after you browse the folder in the web UI?

@michaelstingl It is a local folder on a computer. No syncing after I browse the folder in the web UI.
