Hi,
What does it take to move from a Community version to an Enterprise one?
Besides the cost and licenses?
Is it just a license key to install or does it require a full server re-install?

Please contact the owncloud support on owncloud.com. They probably provide some kind of migration strategy.
You will install a couple of additional ownCloud apps (aka Enterprise Modules https://owncloud.com/oc_enterprise_modules/ ) and new theming (if you don't want to have your own). And you will get a licence key.
The support team will help you through that process.
