New Owncloud download keeps attaching me to old account

HI,
Very amateur user, so not great with all the tech speak.
I used to be connected to an owncloud account for work, left in September 2018. I deleted all files and have been through all system files and deleted there as well. I also used Owncloud wizard to remove all files/folders.
I now need to connect to a new Owncloud server, but every time I download the exe. file it takes me to the login pop up for the old account.
What else do I need to do?
