New Setup. Slow upload speed client to server 300KB/s Latest owncloud

I hope posts in the right channel.

I have a bit of a problem uploading files from the client to the owncloud server. (The client and the server are on the same home network) The speed starts high but then drops in a few minutes to 300KB / s I have 1GB UP / DL Speed external / internal

I do not have the best knowledge but I may be able to solve this as long as I know where in a configuration file I can change values.

Do you have any suggestions on what I can change, it would be appreciated

I can provide more information I only need to know what kind of log files you need or other information I will try to get it
