New User set the space

Good evening,
In addition to my own personal user, I created a new user ...
I would like this user to have available a limited space in the cloud ... let's say 50GB (the user is created within an HD 1T). I checked everywhere but could not find anything in order to submit this limit of space in the new user ... how should I do?
