Not able to move or delete folders, error: “folder is locked”, any help please.
I assume as you opened this topic as a server issue that you are having problems in the WebUI.
When creating a server issue it will show you a template that needs to be filled out in order for people in this forum to help you effectively. As you chose not to fill it out, I assume you don’t have admin access to the server.
So please get in touch with your admin first. Otherwise, I would recommend to check in the details of the folder whether it is really locked and provide the filled out template.
The error is showing file or folder locked, can you please help.
i think this ASAP needs an update to the recent ownCloud version 10.4 which could already solve this issue.
