Not able to update email id when logging as user in personal setting

I am Using ownCloud 10.04 when i logging as admin i am able to update my email id in personal setting but when i am logging as normal user i am not able to update email after setting email mail is also shot in enter mail address and even after confirming in mail not able to update email id .Mean admin is able to save emailid but normal user are not able to update there emailid

with some upcoming but unreleased bugfixes. If i understand it correctly it could be possible that this will be fixed with the next ownCloud version 10.0.8:
