i have a OC Server 9.1.
I have a problem with user limits.
I set no limit to user.
After “few” minutes limit going back to “1 MB” why ?
Resolved by me.

If you share your solution, it can help someone in the future 
it’s custom installation. Adminstrators accounts are came from Active Directory and special field in “LDAP” is used for setting for quota.
