Owncloud 10 - Share contacts is not saved

Steps to reproduce

  1. I have 6 users in one usergroup. I use contacts app. I created with one user one contact in the standard addressbook and try to share the standard addressbook with the usergroup. I use another bowser to log in with a second user in order to see the shared addressbook/ contact.
If I relaod the contacts using the first user the share is gone.

Expected behaviour

I can choose the shared (standard) addressbook with any of the 6 users in oder to see and edit the contacts in this adressbook with every user.

Actual behaviour

There ist no shared addressbook. The share of the addressbook of the creating user is not saved.

“message”:“Sharing backend for principals not found”

Hey,

i did the following search: https://github.com/owncloud/core/search?o=desc&q=“Sharing+backend+for+principals+not+found”&s=created&type=Issues and found:

Hi Tom 42,
thanks for your hint. Unforunately, your search words where the last issue in the burg report template. I did not use these words. Sorry!
As far as I understand with version 10.0.9 it should be fixed, isn’t it?
I don’t know how I can get the patch.

Bodo

Hey, no need to say sorry. I think its sometimes hard (especially with such issues) to exactly know what to search for. :slightly_smiling_face:

I understand the same that this seems to be fixed with the upcoming 10.0.9 which seems to be nearly finished when reading this thread correctly:
