We are stuck with a problem, some of our users report us that they cannot login to owncloud cause their accounts is deactivated. This happen from time to time without propper pattern. We can fix it by enabling their accounts in owncloud, so it’s not a big problem but i wanna understand why this happens.
We use LDAP auth so i checked AD and users are not disabled. Is there some other mechanism that can deacitivate users in owncloud, like “users that didn’t login for 60 days” or something? Can someone point me where this problem can be?
this looks like quite sparse information (e.g. not even the ownCloud version is stated). Maybe you can use the issue template which i’m getting presented when creating a new thread in this category?
I think others probably are better able to help you if you provide more information about your environment and excerpts of your logfiles (both asked in the mentioned template).
