Hello, i’m using owncloud 7.0.15 and i have issue regarding creating user account. When i make an user account that user can have the power to create more user and can change their and his own space quota. How can i make normal user who can not create user and can not make changes.

i’m not sure if you can find that much users with the knowledge on such outdated versions like 7.0.15. For this version it seems there is even no documenation available anymore on https://doc.owncloud.org/
I think its strongly suggested to use the current version 10.0.9.
