Hi I have a problem with owncloud files it doesn’t work anymore and now I have all the files encrypted and I can’t access them how can I do to decrypt them to get them back?

  1. don’t panic
  2. fill in the form …
  3. read some docs this part might be useful or this one depending on your encryption type.

all files could be decrypted successfully!
Server side encryption remains enabled
