Password reset after server encryption

Hello everyone

According to your experience If encryption of folders associated with user accounts has been implemented on an ownCloud 10.9.1 server, is there a way to reset user passwords to allow users to retrieve their files if they have forgotten their old passwords?
Is there a feature in the OwnCloud admin console that allows these users’ passwords to be reset without them losing access to their now encrypted files?
