Problem ownclouc (not upgrade)

Good morning
I installed and configured owncloud, when you restart the server on which it is installed (where it is in use ubuntu 4.16), when as a web page I open the ip I get this error message:

“This ownCloud instance is currently in maintenance mode, which may take a while. This page will refresh itself when the ownCloud instance is available again. Contact your system administrator if this message persists or appeared unexpectedly. Thank you for your patience.”

I have not run any update, doing a search on the net, I tried to give the command:

sudo -u www-data php /var/www/owncloud/occ upgrade

but I have not solved anything...

Hi,

you need to disable maintenance mode as explained here:

When I give the command I get the message:
"Could not open input file: occ"

You need to switch to the folder where this occ is located (e.g. /var/www/owncloud) or give the full path to that command (e.g. php /var/www/owncloud/occ).
