I installed the production app for mac os but am having a variety of problems. The appication doesn’t open.
I would like to try abd uninstall and reinstall but “The item “owncloud” can’t be moved to the Trash because it’s open.” But it’s not…
Any assistance welcome!

If you don’t use the template - at least delete it so people don’t have to scroll through useless information.
I would look for an ownCloud process in your processes and close it.
