Public folder: gallery view shows empty folder

Hello,

i have a shared/public folder with several JPGs in it.
When i click on the public link and view the folder
in list view, i can see all the files, when i click on
gallery view, all the files disappear.

This problem does not occur, when i open the same
folder via the log-in an then navigate to the folder.

Is this a known problem?
