Random Owncloud server upgrade warning

Hey guys,

Good morning.
I am running owncloud on Centos 7 and every month or so I get a warning that I need to upgrade owncloud server and it stops working for everyone until I reboot the server.
Is there something that can be done to avoid this?
Image is attached. No changes have been made on the server, I just randomly got this warning when people complained owncloud wasn’t working.

It looks you were hit by the upgrade loop, there is a workaround for this at Forced upgrade every week - #3 by cortho

Hi could it be because I have some Marketplace apps not updated?
That’s the only common denominator that I see.
