SMB : Server replied: Service Unavailable

Hello,

I'm trying to use Owncloud to sync a Windows 2012R2 share drive.
I configure external storage SMB, all settings seems good but on the client I receive an error message :

Error while loading the list of folders from the server
Error downloading https://192.168.15.90/remote.php/webdav/own/ - server replied: Service Unavailable

When I surf to https://192.168.15.90/remote.php/webdav/own/ :

ownCloud

Service Unavailable

Storage not available

Technical details

Server version : 9.1.1 (fresh install from vmdk template)
Client version : 2.2.4 (build 6408)

Thank you for your help

Hi,

this post is missing even the mandatory info like used ownCloud version or sync client version. Both infos are asked in the issue template shown when creating a new thread which you have missed to fill out.

Hi,

I edited the post with both of needed information.
Thank you for your suggestion.

Does it work from the ownCloud webinterface?

Hi, same issue here (duplicate post https://central.owncloud.org/t/owncloud-9-1-1-and-folder-permissions-windows-server-2008r2-issue-junction-links-working/3811/2) did anyone find solution?
On my side, from web interface of ownCloud, it says "Storage not available". I'm 100% sure of the user I gave permissions to access files. Does ownCloud read permissions from folders which are junction links (i.e pointing to another folder?)

Hi,

same problem on the web interface. But on the web, I receive this message : "There was an error with message: Empty response from the server. Do you want to review mount point config in admin settings page? "

When I go to the settings, I have à red square, does it signify something wrong in the config ? Where can I view logs for this problem ?

EDIT : I change configuration with adding " `92.168.15.90" instead of "192.168.15.90" in the server box. But still haven't access with "storage not available"

Thank you,

Same issue here. However there is a workaroud for me. When I specify a remote subfolder it works. I get the problem only when I want to mount the root directory

Is there any news about this problem?
With version 8 it work, but with 9.1.4 if I add a smb share without any folder (root of the share), the user cannot access the share.
If I add a folder it work!?

I only use the web version.

If I try with smbclient on the server it work.

Try to install and enable [1] as advised at various parts of the documentation. If that doesn't help then please create a new bugreport at [2].
