Special character: how it's working?

Server branch: 9.0.1

On the log I have fatal error due to a directory with character " ’ " inside.

Is it normal?

If yes, is there a possibility to add special character in a list to be accepted?

The " ’ " seems not to be allowed in directory name, is anybody can confirmed me that?

And for file name " ’ " is allowed?

Creating a directory named ’ works for me with ownCloud 10.
Please consider upgrading.

Tested with 9.1.6 as well. Works just fine.

Thank you for your reply, I test on another server, It’s working for me also, the problem comes not from that. I will try to understand the logs… and open another post with the correct problem if I find out.
