Trouble connecting to Owncloud IN network

I’ve had a server setup with no problems for over a year now, but suddenly I can’t reach the server from IN network. From my cell/other network I can connect fine, but from my the same wifi the server is on I get

This site can’t be reached

XXXXXX.net took too long to respond.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

This happens using my the website name and the networks IP. With my internal 192.168… I do get to the server.

I know most trouble with networking is getting it to work outside the network, not really sure what is going on with this or even what would cause this.

Wifi is Google Wifi.
