Uncaught TypeError: this.$tagsField.select2 is not a function

I've deploy owncloud on my machine.
CentOS 6 and nginx
I can create the admin account.
But when I login to the web. It report js error
Uncaught TypeError: this.$tagsField.select2 is not a function

I can't use the web.

Desktop client is working ok.

installed from where ?

download the zip from owncloud.org.
Unzip the file and put into nginx root.
And follow the instruction described by the documentation.
I've try 10.0.2, 10.0.1 and 9.1.6 version.
