There should be quite a few results popping up when using the search functions of the forum and searching for the message in your "Actual behavior".

Update troubles using the updater

Have a look at [1] which contains infos about that. In general its always recommended to not use the updater app (which is known to be broken since years) and just do a manual update / upgrade (see doc.owncloud.org). With that you're on the safe side and you're mostly won't face any issues during updates and upgrades. [1]
