Upgrade to 10.1.1 Ubuntu missing Market files

After applying 10.1.1 I get the message that it failed integrity checks. Specifically - Technical information The following list covers which files have failed the integrity check. Additionally i think (as the repositories are used) this problem probably should be reported to the ownCloud bugtracker as well.
