User continually is disabled

Good Morning:

I have one user that is continually becoming disabled and I cannot figure out why. All users are set up via LDAP and her AD account is not disabled. I am unsure on how to even troubleshoot this issue. Any help is appreciated.

Check if you have set up a periodic occ user:sync command with the option to disable the users. If this is the case, it’s likely that the user isn’t found by ownCloud any longer.
