The appliance sets up an LDAP Server during the setup. This is written as a configuration.

If you change the IP - the configuration stays the same - you can’t reach the LDAP server.

Adjust the IP in the ownCloud LDAP settings and you should be able to reach the LDAP server - get no error when clicking on the users tab.
