VirtualBox Appliance - New User Login Failed

Hi,
I installed OwnCloud with VirtualBox Appliance on a Windows 10 computer.
Installation was good, no problem, i can use the Administrator Account to manage and create users.
But when i created multiple users (user1, user2) with a password and mail, i can’t use these because i have a login failed with user1 for example.
Is there someting to do with LDAP configuration or any configuration ?

Hi,
i’m having problems as well ive the app on my iphone but it keeps showing on screen this message server down for maintenance contents from cache what does it mean i have a android device got the app from google play store that does not even connected i have tried so many times i done this owncloud virtualbox i have noticed that when i have virtualbox open i can connect on my phone and my pc but when i shut virtualbox down that message shows up on the screen but what i dont understand is why its not connecting on my android device it keeps saying error timeout could someone explain to me what is going on.

Not sure if you have to enable ownCloud usage rights in the appliance for these new users first.

The VirtualBox Appliance is a little virtual computer, which is being started with VirtualBox. If you turn off VirtualBox, the virtual machine might very well be turned off as well.

Typically you run virtual machines (VM) on a hypervisor which is server computer just for running virtual computers.

These are fundamental concepts of how to run this type of application. We can’t assist you here on how to run this, as this is an ownCloud specific forum and not a general tech help forum. I recommend you start reading up on home labs.

I don’t know how to get this working on my devices I see a video on how set it up on virtualbox but I thought once it was working that was it so I got the app on my iPhone and got it on my android device but I tried to connect on my android device nothing a message would appear saying it couldn’t connect to server timeout error I’m new to this you see but I would like to get this setup on my devices could someone send me a link on to this thanks.
