Windows client does not automatically sync

am using the 2.5.1 client on Windows. If I create or edit a file it syncs everything, but if another user creates a file on the server, this user does not automatically sync, I need in this case, or add a file also to be sync or click “Force sync now” in client.

Do you know a solution?

just copy & paste this to your next reply, remove the backslashes (\), and substitute the necessary information.

i don’t think ,there is a problem with sync , it works fine
as far as i know : if you create something new in your sync-folder of client ,it’ll be synchronized directly but if you create something on the server , it takes max 30 seconds. and this value of 30 seconds is adjustable on the client side
