2FA TOTP not working with Authy

Installing the TOTP Second-factor Auth within ownCloud goes smoothly, as does adding the ownCloud account through QR scanning, however in both Authy and Google Authenticator the generated code is not verified by the server. Owncloud is version 10.0.2.1.

Only bit of relevant text I can find in the log: "You are using a fallback implementation of the intl extension. Installing the native one is highly recommended instead"

Has anyone else experienced this?
