9.02 - changes to custom theme does not apply

Hi,

I am trying to create a theme but my changes do not seem to apply. Do I have to restart anything? I added my theme into the config array, made a copy of the example theme and started to work on the CSS but I can't seem to see my changes.

Any idea what I can do ?

Empty all caches (use privacy mode). I would consider using the latest version 9.0.4 which contains a lot of bugfixes.
