Accès impossible à OC9

Hier j’ai eu l’erreur :

Exception occurred while logging exception: Failed to connect to the database: An exception occured in driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2059] Authentication plugin ‘mysql_clear_password’ cannot be loaded: plugin not enabled

alors que le serveur fonctionnait correctement avant.

Que dois-je faire ? Merci.

NB : OC version 9 sur une hébergement mutualisé chez Online

I can’t enable any plugin, my website is on a shared host.

Today, it works ? I think Online as solved the problem.
